Walk for Memories

The Alzheimer Society Walk for Memories is the largest fundraising event in the province dedicated to increasing awareness and raising funds for vital programs and services in our community. 

Thank you for helping us raise over $113,000 at the 2011 Walk for Memories!

On May 14th 2011, approximately 500 people walked the 5k route at the Springbank Gardens despite the thunderstorm forecasted for the day. Participants were treated to food, entertainment, free massages and fabulous prizes throughout the day. A big thank you to our sponsors, volunteers and attendees for their generous support. All proceeds go towards much-needed ASLM programs and services.
