Volunteer Programs and Services
Our trained and highly dedicated volunteers assist us in offering innovative programs and services geared towards caregivers and individuals in the earlier stages of Alzheimer’s disease or related dementias (ADRD).
Volunteer Companion Program
The Volunteer Companion Program is a free, in-home respite support program that utilizes trained volunteers to offer relief for the caregiver and social stimulation and companionship for persons with dementia. Volunteers offer approximately two hours of friendly visiting each week, on an ongoing basis. This program is available to persons who are in the early to mid stages of ADRD. Food for Thought
Food for Thought is a monthly cooking program where volunteers and clients come together to cook, socialize and dine with new friends.

Our Garden Club
Our Garden Club is a monthly nature-based program for those in the early stage of Alzheimer's disease or a related dementia. Together, clients and volunteers create interesting projects in a fun and relaxing environment. For information on upcoming sessions, click here.
Generation Link
Generation Link pairs students and individuals who are experiencing memory challenges. Throughout the 10-week program, students and clients create a memory book consisting of a collection of pictures, mementoes and memories significant to the individual. This unique program provides an opportunity to share experiences, and understanding across generations.
