First Nations First Link Program

A program designed to support First Nations people with dementia, their caregivers and families.

The program offers:

• Individual and family supportive counselling
• Bereavment support groups
• Dementia awareness
• Advocacy
• Memory screening
• Dementia-related crisis intervention for families
• Alzheimer and dementia-related crisis awareness and education
