Since 2008, Alzheimer Society London and Middlesex has collaborated with local high schools and long term care facilities to bring together students (ages 16 to 19) with seniors who have memory challenges.

Together, they work on creating a "memory" book or video.  The book (or video), is a collection of pictures, mementoes and memories significant to the senior partner, and provide an opportunity to share experiences, and understanding for both the student and senior.

At the end of each 12 week session, the high school volunteer will formally present the finished book or video to the senior partner and his/ her loved ones.
