Donations to the Alzheimer Society London and Middlesex can be made as:

  2. A Monthly gift
  3. Memorial Gift - in memory of a loved one
  4. Tribute Gift - in honour of someone to mark a special occasion
  5. Hope for the Future Fund- more information on family funds or donate to the Hope for the Future Fund

The Alzheimer Society London and Middlesex is a non-profit, charitable organization. All donations are tax deductible and the Society's charitable registration number is 106705346RR0001. Receipts for donations of less than $20 are issued upon request.
