Building Memories
A $1,000,000 Campaign for Alzheimer Programs and Services

Today, the need for ASLM's programs and services has never been greater...
-
From 2009 to 2010, the Alzheimer Society London and Middlesex saw a a 34 per cent increase in clients.
-
In London and Middlesex, over 7000 individuals have been diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease or a related dementia - a 35 per cent increase from 2004.
-
The prevalence of dementia will more than double in 30 years, with a predicted 1.1 million Canadians suffering with the disease.
This is why we must continue to provide our vital programs, services and research in the community.
But, we need your help.
Currently, only 37 per cent of our important programs and services are funded by the Ministry of Health and Long Term Care. The remainder of the funding is provided by the very community we serve.
Please support Building Memories
A $1,000,000 fundraising campaign that aims to build upon our programs, services and research to better serve our community's increasing needs.
