Seniors Aging Sensibly
The Seniors Aging Sensibly (SAS) program is for individuals 55+ who are living in London and Middlesex.* Funded by the Ministry of Health Promotion and Sport, this program aims to help reduce the risk of developing Alzheimer's disease and related dementias through specially designed healthy eating classes and physical activity classes. Classes will include both an educational component and interactive group activities.
*Please note that the Seniors Aging Sensibly program is not designed for those with Alzheimer’s disease and related dementias.
